Objectives: The underlying interest of guideline developers is to keep turning the PDCA wheel for quality improvement in the interest of our patients. The question is, how the necessary methodological elements can be combined to a whole practicable strategy of change management.

Target group, suggested audience: guideline developers, methodologists, practitioners, patient representatives.

Description of session: Podium and open discussion with impulse statements addressing the elements of a strategy for improvement in the light of real-life examples from different countries with an outlook on future needs of the international CPG-community.
